Working right back as a defensive specialist, Kreimann posted a 2.29 serve-receive average on seven attempts - five of them perfect passes, a 71.4% perfect rate. Every ball that came to her went back to the setter clean and hittable, which is the whole job description in that seat.
She was just as reliable from the service line: six serves, six in play, zero errors. No free points given away, every rally started.
